This integration consolidates your global team information into a single source of truth in Zelt. It reduces the need for redundant data input, lowering the potential for mistakes. When you link your Oyster account with Zelt, you can streamline the onboarding process for your global employees with just a few clicks. Using this integration is straightforward, and you can effortlessly incorporate it into your existing automated onboarding within Zelt.
Integration setup and tips
Connect Oyster to Zelt
- Head over to Apps and find Oyster. Click connect. Here you will be redirected to authenticate with your Oyster account credentials. If you are not already logged in to your Oyster account, please login and continue to Authentication
- Once the app is successfully connected, you will be able to see who in your team has admin access, create admin accounts, list and import existing employments and create new employments.
Note: you will need to have the permission to connect third-party apps to Zelt in order to be able to perform this.
Onboard Oyster Employees in Zelt
- If you already have hired employees in Oyster and you would like to add them in Zelt, head over to Engagements tab and click Onboard.
- Provide any missing information and select which Onboarding flow you would like to use.
- We will feed some personal information as well as employment information that is relevant for this Employee from Oyster into Zelt automatically, for example Job title and Compensation.
